Dear parent/ carers,salama Aleykum,

Year 5 and 6, went to Gunnersbury Park Museum that opened in 1929 and has a large and incredibly varied collection of around 50,000 museum and archive items. Our diverse collections provide an insight into the heritage and culture of Ealing and Hounslow’s past and present populations. I am so happy that we have spent another term with each other. We only have the sumer term left- let’s make the most of it, inshallah! Parents, here are some pictures from the trip and our Fantastic finish that celebrated our theme ‘Victoria Wonders’. We made Victoria sponge cupcakes and I hope it tastesd delightful.

Year 1 & 2 went to the Tower of London to consolidate their learning in history, which was about The Great Fire of London. Pupils participated in a fantastic session called ‘fire! fire!’ where they went back in time and investigated the cause of The Great Fire of London. Pupils also had a chance to use their drama skills and act out key events during The Great Fire of London.
