Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents,
Next week is Recycle Week in our school! Together, we will teach our children how to care for Allah’s creation and reduce waste.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “The world is green and beautiful, and Allah has appointed you as stewards over it.” (Muslim)
Recycling is part of our amanah – looking after the blessings Allah gave us.
Please send in clean recycled items with your child:
• Cardboard boxes and tubes
• Plastic bottles and lids
• Egg cartons
• Jars and small containers (washed)
• Scrap fabric and paper
We will use these items throughout the year for Art and DT projects, in shaa Allah.
